Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vruza AI's Customer Reputation System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vruza AI provides a cross-merchant customer reputation and fraud prevention system for e-commerce businesses in Pakistan. The Service includes:

  • Real-time customer risk scoring
  • Anonymized cross-merchant data sharing
  • Phone and CNIC verification services
  • Analytics and reporting dashboard
  • API access for integration

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be a registered business entity in Pakistan to use this Service. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit false or misleading customer data
  • Use the Service to discriminate against customers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
  • Share your API keys with unauthorized third parties
  • Use customer data for purposes other than fraud prevention
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Data Usage and Privacy

5.1 Customer Data Submission

By submitting customer data to Vruza AI, you represent that you have obtained necessary consent from customers to share their information for fraud prevention purposes.

5.2 Anonymization

All personally identifiable information (phone numbers, addresses) is anonymized through SHA-256 hashing before being stored or shared across the network.

5.3 Data Accuracy

You must report accurate order outcomes (delivered, rejected, returned) within 7 days of delivery attempt. Deliberately false reporting may result in account suspension.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

Pricing is based on monthly risk check volume. Current plans:

  • Free: 100 checks/month
  • Starter: PKR 5,000/month - 1,000 checks
  • Professional: PKR 15,000/month - 10,000 checks
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing - unlimited checks

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6.3 Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and service will continue until the end of the billing period.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to:

  • 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • API response time <500ms (p95)
  • 24-hour support response time for paid plans

Downtime Credits: For every 1% below 99.9% uptime, you receive 5% monthly credit.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including algorithms, software, logos, and documentation, is owned by Vruza AI and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Vruza AI is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue due to declined orders
  • Decisions made based on risk scores
  • Data breaches caused by third-party services
  • Customer disputes or chargebacks

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Vruza AI against claims arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of customer privacy rights, (c) your business operations and customer interactions.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay invoices
  • Submit fraudulent data
  • Engage in abusive behavior

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your API access is revoked immediately. Anonymized data contributed to the network remains for 2 years per our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under Pakistani law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
