What does the free plan include?
The current plan includes risk checks, Shopify review controls, analytics and API access. There is no monthly check quota or per-check charge. API requests are limited to 100 per 60 seconds per API key.
Will Vruza hold my orders automatically?
New Shopify stores start in score-only mode, which leaves Shopify orders unchanged. You can choose tags and assessments, or enable eligible fulfillment holds with a score threshold and minimum order history.
Do I need a separate Vruza account for Shopify?
Open the installed app from Shopify Admin. Google and email sign-in are for the standalone dashboard and API account; signing in there does not connect a Shopify store.
Will I ever be charged without notice?
No. Any future paid Shopify plan will use Shopify billing and require your approval before charging.
How does the shared reputation network work?
Participating merchants contribute order signals to shared profiles linked by hashed phone numbers. Hashing does not make this activity anonymous. See our privacy policy for details and your rights.
How do customer privacy requests work?
Submit customer data requests through Shopify. Customer export files are available in the Privacy requests area of your Vruza dashboard. Contact privacy@vruza.ai for other access or deletion requests.
