We believe in network effects — the more merchants that join, the better our fraud detection becomes for everyone. During our launch phase, all features are completely free to maximize adoption and data quality.
Will I ever be charged without notice?
Never. When we introduce paid tiers, we will give you at least 60 days notice. The free tier with generous limits will always remain available.
How does cross-merchant data sharing work?
Customer reputation scores are calculated using anonymized, hashed data across all participating merchants. No personally identifiable information is ever shared — only behavioral signals like order completion rates and return frequency.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You always own your data. You can export all order history, risk check logs, and analytics from your dashboard at any time.
